There is a priest in our midst who tells 'The Story' as well as it has ever been told. Father Tom Smith, known throughout the Norhteast as, 'The Singing and Dancing Priest' who has to be seen to be believed, is retired and living in Orlando Florida. He has brought his "Ministry in the Theater" to Orlando.
An entertainer who electrifies his audiences with a well-seasoned act and a background in show business from the Broadway stage "Zeigfeld Follies" with Milton Berle, and a featured dancer in the world famous "Billy Rose's Diamond Horseshoe", to national television with his "One-Man Theater Act" on David Letterman, Phil Donahue, Mike Douglas Good Morning America, Today Show, and many other television talk shows, plus featured in People's magazine, and thousands of performances across the country.
After 65 years in show business, he is still going strong! He queries his audiences in a satirical vein with parodies, original songs, and modern show tunes all in the best taste. Underneath the guise of show business, there is a strong vein of humaniity and love which speaks more loudly than a thousand sermons.

It entices them to dream their dreams and make them happen. This show is more than a theatrical experience. It is a heart-warming experience that makes you feel better as a human being. They spread the good news of the joy of living through their talents. Every song, dance, and every comedic line has the purpose of setting up the audience to receive the good news.
This experience is distinctly different from today's entertainment world. Father Tom and the Fab Four are spontaneous, exuberant, exhilerating, joyous, caring, refreshing humorous, and spiritually uplifting.
The theme throughout this show is "celebrate life", celebrate who YOU are, and say YES to your own uniqueness. The performers ZAP the audience. They perform on stage as though they were born in the proverbial "trunk". As you watch them, you feel renewed and come to realize that life is wonderful and worth living

ANGELS AMONG US
Elsie Doughty and Fr Tom Smith, directed a group of challenged persons in Pittsburgh, PA for some 20 years. That group, as is our present group is made up of approximately 30 handicapped persons of all ages - all are welcome!
"We did not intend to continue our ministry with the "challenged" here in Florida. However, three years ago AngeAngel Resende (one of our "Fabulous Four") who at that time was 15 years old and confined to a wheelchair expressed a desire to sing and dance in a musical show.....we could not resist this "wild" dream and we invited any challenged person to form what we now proudly have... "Angels Among Us". We seized the opportunity to present these angels to the world because they sing with love, dance with love and in their performance they share and teach the human story....a love story in music - Fr Tom Smith
